The Adler Rug in Checkerboard Ivory

The Adler in Checkerboard Ivory keeps the checker and gives up the contrast: ivory squares on ivory, raised against flat, so the pattern reads only in texture and side light. From across the room it is simply a soft, pale ground.

The Adler comes from Loom & Stone, one of the brands that share the Son&Bear showroom floor — chosen because its patterns and tones sit quietly under our pieces rather than competing with them. It comes in three sizes, from 160 × 213 centimetres at RM1,688 to 239 × 305 at RM2,388, and the price follows the size alone.
