Colour and design variations
Despite our best efforts, please note that it is not possible to guarantee an exact visual replication of the colour of our products for a variety of reasons as stated below. We will not be held responsible for any colour or design discrepancies that are not manufacturing defects, including:
Device differences
Actual colours and designs may vary slightly from online previews due to differences in lighting, device screen settings, or other factors.
Dye and material changes
Due to the nature of the dye production process, slight variations in the final shade may occur. These variations are natural and may result from differences in the availability of dyes and materials, and are not considered defects.
Batch production
Similarly, fabric is often produced in batches, and the same product bought at another time, or from separate stock, may differ slightly in colour, as dye lots can vary between batches.
Natural materials
Natural fibres may absorb dyes differently, so colour can vary between fabrics.
Lighting and viewing conditions
Colour perception may differ depending on lighting conditions or when viewed against different backgrounds. For example, a piece viewed in our showroom's warm lighting can look different under cooler fluorescent light.
Fabric placement
Individual pieces may vary slightly, as seam and upholstery placement differs from piece to piece.
Same colour name
Different products might share the same swatch name (e.g., “Off-White”), but there is no guarantee that the named colour will be the same across our product line.
Individual perception
Colour perception may vary between individuals. Differences in how a colour or shade is perceived do not constitute a defect in the product.
Rendered and AI-generated previews
Digitally rendered and AI-generated fabric previews may be provided as a visualisation of material combinations and finishes, and are not exact representations of colour, texture, or grain. In the event of any discrepancy between such images and our products, the physical swatches and products in our showrooms will constitute the final representation of a material's appearance.
By placing an order, you acknowledge these potential variations and accept that such differences are not considered defects.
