The Maori Marble Rectangular Dining Table
The Maori Marble Rectangular Dining Table rests on two wood pedestals, beneath a top of near-black marble lit by white veins and pale bands.
It comes in three sizes, 2.1 by 1.0, 2.4 by 1.05 and 2.8 by 1.1 metres, and stands 75 cm high, with a smooth half-round edge. The pedestals are set well in from the ends, leaving room for a chair at each end.
Each table is made to order, and every top is cut from a single piece of natural stone, so the veining on yours is its own. The colour can also run a little lighter or deeper from slab to slab, which is part of its character.
